494 UNR staff has brought a worthy contribution to formation of highway network of the Russian Federation.For years of work in road branch 494 UNR worked on federal and local road section. Among highways which road builders 494 UNR worked on are the objects and sections on highways Moscow – Minsk, Moscow – Chelyabinsk, Moscow – St.-Petersburg, Moscow – Nizhniy Novgorod. From 1995 till 2000 the organization participated in realization of loan programs of International Bank for Reconstruction and Development of the Russian Federation. 494 UNR has its own mobile asphalt mixing plant HOTMIX with production capacity up to 200 tons per hour. Quality control of concrete mix is carried out by the certified laboratories of the enterprise by means of computer equipment.

Working with a lot of enterprises in Russia and CIS, our employees have proved the high experts qualification on road construction, introduced modern technologies (geocells Prudon) developed by 494 UNR. We repeatedly used original constructive and technological decisions on fixing slopes and cones, creation reliable back walls in complex geological conditions. 494 UNR has patented the technologies used in construction and reconstruction of bridges and grade eliminations with application of geocells Prudon.
